Book a FREE 30 min Initial Consultation

This allows us to get to know each other and to make sure you feel comfortable.

It is an oppurtunity to explore what you are looking for from counselling and to see if you are happy with what I offer.

£50 per session

Sessions are weekly for 60 mins slots.

These can be done either face to face or via Zoom.

We would discuss your preference during our initial consultation.

Payments are made prior to each session

£40 per session

Consessionary rate is available for those working for the NHS or emergency services.

Further discounted rates are available for those on low income.
