Counsellors do not give advice or opinions but provide a safe space for you to explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviors at your own pace in order to gain a deeper understanding of your beliefs, issues, values and views. It provides support and guidance for people facing challenges, whether they are emotional, psychological, or situational. Through the therapeutic process, individuals can work towards personal growth, healing and improved mental well-being. Ultimately, therapy empowers people to make positive changes.
